How we handle your data
This page explains what information NexVault Mindflow collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
The data we hold
The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.
How we use it
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
Local storage
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Retention
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Access and deletion
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to hola@nexvaultmindflow.com is enough.
Keeping it safe
Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.
